Copperleaf community is proud to announce their sponsorship of HomeAid Colorado.  A generous financial donation was made by the developer of Copperleaf, South Quincy Residential Developers, Inc. to HomeAid to support its homeless housing development program and give back to the Denver Metro community as a whole.   “Copperleaf is so honored to be a supporter of HomeAid Colorado and we believe in the work that they are doing,” said Richard Frank, Vice President of South Quincy Residential Developers. “We donated the funds to support the HomeAid mission,” says Frank.

The mission of HomeAid Colorado is to build and maintain dignified housing where homeless families and individuals can rebuild their lives. HomeAid accomplishes its mission by partnering with quality nonprofit service providers who are in need of expanding their services to the temporarily homeless and uses HomeAid’s resources through the building industry to solicit developers, builders and their trade partners to donate their services and materials to the construction of the project.  HomeAid Colorado has completed over 20 projects resulting in 43 housing units for families, at risk youth, domestic violence victims and veterans of the armed services.

The funds donated by Copperleaf will be used to directly support HomeAid’s 2013 projects which include the Emergency Family Assistance Association – four transitional homes being built in the Boulder area to house the temporarily homeless, as well as at At-Risk-Youth Project launching this year.  “This is an unbelievably generous donation to HomeAid,” says Laura Brayman, Executive Director of HomeAid Colorado.  “We are thrilled to have Copperleaf as a partner,” says Brayman.
