PRINCIPAL
Mr. Richard A. Frank
Centre Realty & Development, Ltd.
Backed by more than 35 years of experience in real estate development, Richard Frank brings exceptional insight and expertise to his role as president of Centre Realty & Development Group. Originally from Oklahoma, Frank entered the Colorado real estate market in 1971, focusing primarily on land brokerage and community development. By 1978, he co-founded Centre Realty and Development, Ltd., refining its strategic focus over the next decade to ultimately focus solely on residential developments by 1990. Under Richard's direction, the Group has assembled a strong team of experienced professionals while establishing a solid reputation throughout the builder community and the Denver metro region for high-quality, innovative community designs.
Among its more than 30 successful completed projects, the Group has developed multiple cornerstone communities throughout Denver, Boulder, Adams, Arapahoe and Jefferson counties, including Signal Creek, Willow Park, Country Farms, Parkview, Saddle Rock Ridge, Cherrywood, Tallgrass, Piney Creek Village and most recently, Copperleaf. What distinguishes each of these communities is their ability to reflect and address the specific needs of residents while consistently delivering the high degree of value that all homebuyers seek.
Richard attended the University of Oklahoma and today remains an active member of the Denver Homebuilders Association as well as several Denver metro district boards and homeowners' associations for communities currently under development. He and his wife of 32 years have two children and currently reside in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

Mr. Stephen A. Prokopiak, P.E., Development Manager
Centre Realty & Development, Ltd.
Stephen Prokopiak joined Centre in 1992 as development manager. He has extensive experience in project development, construction, engineering, planning, feasibility studies, homeowner association management, contract documentation, negotiation and design. Mr. Prokopiak has more than 26 years of diversified management and civil engineering experience in both the public and private sectors and is a licensed, professional engineer in Colorado, South Dakota, Wyoming and Utah.
As Development Manager, he is responsible for all Centre projects from the initial concept stage through final design and construction. His duties include direction of all planning and design engineering activity, the preparation and monitoring of all design and construction budgets, coordination with all local community staffs, development of all homeowner association documents and budgets, as well as residential improvement design standards.
Prior to joining Centre, Steve was actively involved in Globeville Storm Drainage, Arapahoe Crossing Regional Shopping Center, Westminster City Centre, Green Valley Ranch, Massey Draw Channel, Lone Tree, Tollgate Villages, Wingate South, Stetson Hills and River Run. Steve also directed the initial activity of the Cherry Creek Advisory Committee.
Stephen holds both a B.S. and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and has completed advanced technical courses at the University of California/Davis, Rutgers University, The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the University of Colorado. He is active in several Homebuilders Association coordinating committees and is past chairman of the Thornton Coordinating Committee.
