Picadilly Street Opens From East Quincy Ave. To East Chenango Ave. In Copperleaf Community

South Quincy Residential Developers announces the official opening of new artery in Copperleaf Community.

DENVER, Colo. – April 13, 2007 – South Quincy Residential Developers, Inc., the developer for Copperleaf Community, announces the opening of the last major segment of Picadilly Street from East Quincy Avenue to East Chenango Avenue in Unincorporated Arapahoe County. Extending north from East Chenango Avenue/Copperleaf Boulevard (at Eagle Crest High School) to East Quincy Avenue, Picadilly Street will officially open for travel on Friday, April 13, 2007.

Picadilly Street Highlights

Picadilly Street benefits the entire community by decreasing travel time with a quick route from East Quincy Avenue to Smoky Hill Road.  Making community safety a priority, Picadilly Street will decrease emergency personal response time for Copperleaf and surrounding neighborhoods.  Cherry Creek Schools will now have direct access for students and buses, providing lower transportations costs and improved transportation for surrounding neighborhoods and Copperleaf children.

This main community street within Copperleaf also provides an accessible way for residents, visitors and businesses to service the surrounding neighborhoods, schools, retail and Copperleaf Community.

“Picadilly Street brings Copperleaf and the surrounding communities together by providing an accessible travel artery for everyone.  Essentially, Picadilly makes traveling simple and quick,” Richard Frank of South Quincy Residential Developers, Inc. said.   “We have heard for years the need to get this arterial open to improve fire and police response times to the neighborhoods to the north of East Quincy Avenue.  We are pleased to have been a part of the cooperative effort with Arapahoe County to provide funding for this new route within Copperleaf community.”

Homes at Copperleaf

Copperleaf will be distinguished by a wealth of enriching qualities that range from tree-themed, interactive neighborhoods, to exceptional schools and countless community resources, to a diversity of single family homes from the mid $200s and townhomes coming soon.

Copperleaf is an 850-acre community, at the interchange of E-470 and East Quincy Avenue, which will provide an abundance of shopping, playing and relaxing with family and friends.  As the community builds out, residents will be able to stroll through the planned parks and open space, relax at the planned Arboretum Pool and Clubhouse or cruise along the trails.
