Copperleaf Community Announces Grand Opening, Saturday, June 10th
Visitors and future residents are welcomed to the neighborhood with Richmond American Homes Grand Opening at Copperleaf.
DENVER, Colo. — June 3, 2006—Copperleaf, a vibrant new community located within the prestigious E-470 corridor, will make its debut with a Grand Opening party that's open to the public.
From 11am to 3pm, this Grand Opening event will feature a BBQ lunch buffet, music and a special flower "Spring Seeds" giveaway. This unique event will be the first of Copperleaf's annual "seed giveaways," beginning in 2007. It's just one of many community events that are already being planned for residents and visitors to enjoy in the coming years.
Richmond American Homes comes to Copperleaf
A key highlight of the day's events will be the unveiling of Copperleaf's first neighborhood homes—designed and built by Richmond American Homes. Featuring six designs from their Heritage and Infinity Collections, these exceptional homes range in size from 2,100 to nearly 3,000 square feet, with prices starting in the mid $300s.
Visitors will want to make sure to stop by the Richmond American “William” model home during the Grand Opening to experience the spacious design and inviting style of these homes first-hand. Sales representatives and mortgage counselors will be on hand to answer questions and provide additional information.
